How can I draw up an inexpensive legal document that insures my businesses name can’t be stolen?
I’ve started my own clothing line and its catching on fast. I already have multiple offers to co-op with some local clothing stores and designers. Before i move forward i need to get an inexpensive legal document that insures my name can’t be stolen. What are my options and how do I go about getting it? Weather it be copyright, trademark, or just some sort of registration. I just need winching legal to protect my name until I can afford more serious legal documentation.

Try to get a trademark protection. Federal registration is really inexpensive and give you better protection than state laws. You can find an attorney file it for you for a few hundred dollars.
