If I would like to have a conviction, arrest and charges expunged from my record, is all this done with one petition?
I have an arrest for a Class D felony (theft – no bodily injury to another person); I was convicted of a Class C felon .(charges got upgraded). A jury found me guilty and the judge sentenced me to a fine, probation, a 3 year sentence and full restitution. The fine and restitution was all paid within 12 months of the conviction. My sentence was amended to time served and I completed my probation. This was over 20 years ago. I have not been in any trouble before or after.

You can only get a conviction of a crime possibly expunged. One's arres and criminal file need to be sealed. A petition with the court seeking an expungement and sealing of your criminal file and arrest can be done in one motion. I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney in your locality.
