Some states in this country may have some pld laws and statutes on their books making it a crime for a person who is married (and not divorced) from having any contact with a person of the opposite sex including dating.
However, the chances of any of these statutes or laws being implemented by law enforcement with an actual criminal charge against a married person who is "dating" someone other than his or her spouse seems pretty remote in this day and age.
