Can I change my name while on unsupervised probation?
If I wish to legally change my name though am currently on unsupervised “good behavior” probation, As I provide detail that my changing of name would be for cultural, family-based, and personal preference, and not for fraudulent purposes, how likely will it be that the application is accepted by the court(s)? Basically I am asking, how seriously will my probationer status affect the chances of it being accepted?

You should notify the probation officer, as well as the court to get approval. The court may or may not agree, depending on the situation.
