How long after I get fired does my employer have to give my final paycheck?

When I looked it up online it said 72 hours but my employer says 7 business days. Which is correct?

The state of AZ changed their final pay rules last year. According to current state law, if an employee is involuntarily discharged, the employee must be paid all wages due within 7 working days (previously 3 working days) or at the end of the next regular pay period, whichever is sooner.
