What to do if in my DUI case the police officer failed to turn in a chemical report so the department of revenue dismissed the suspension of my license?

I am being out on a 2 year probation and supposed to have an ignition interlock on my car for 2 years. Do I need the interlock I even if my license isn’t suspended?

Assuming your driver's license is not suspended and there is no court order stating that you must have the "interlock" device then under the laws of all states in this country you do not need such device. I suggest that to be sure you consult with a criminal law attorney to go over your paper work regarding the above.
