What proof is needed to press charges on a female who knowingly infected someone with genital warts and herpes?

You would need to prove that 1) she had the warts and herpes 2) at the time you had sexual relations with her, 3) that she knew, or reasonably should have known (based on, for example, symptoms or how long that she'd had the diseases(s)) that she was infected, and 4) that despite knowing of her condition, she did not warn her partner of the disease(s) or risk of infection. If she did not know at the time of intercourse that she was infectious, she would not be liable. 

Testimony, emails, texts messages, etc. can be used as proof, as can medical reports or test results.
