If my house is being foreclosed on and I own another house with no mortgage, can they take my house to payoff the remainder of the loan?

No, they cannot foreclose on take your other home unless you used that home, too, as security for the mortgage. You would know if you had done that, since you would have signed a document or agreement to that effect. If you did not, they cannot foreclose on the second home.
