In all likelihood the court will grant the petition for a marital dissolution even if one parent has refused to take the suggested or mandated parenting classes in the legal proceeding that you have written about. Parenting issues are completely diferent than marital issues that could be addressed to possibly help repair any damages to the marriage so as to prevent the dissolution.
