Im the renter and Im being evicted… what are my rights
I am renting this house and am 3 months late on my rent. The lanlord pasted a piece of paper on my front door saying I have 5 days to vacate. Do I have any rights to stop this and give myself more time to find a place to move my family?

Probably. The notice was probably something to the effect of pay what you in back rent or leave?
You haven't paid in three months. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do in this situation. In terms of not having another place to move, contact your local legal aid and see what services are available to you.
