If I’m on probation and I pick up another charge, should I contact my PO?
Will they violate me once I call? Also, on my new charge they don’t have a offense on me; what does that mean?

Prudence suggests that assuming you are on probation and are charged with another offense that you immediately consult with a criminal defense attorney about the matter and from there make a decision whether or not you will advise your probation officer of the new offense.
As to the new charge not having an offense, I suggest that you carefully read whatever paper you have been given in that there the charge has to reference a criminal statute violation if it is truly a criminal offense being levied against you.
