If I’m an H4 visa holder going through divorce, can I list the cost of my repatriation onto the debts and assets documentation?

Who is financially responsible for this? Where do I find the document relating to that? My H1 has been filed.

This is not really an immigration issue but a question for your divorce attorney.  Since once you are legally divorced you are no longer eligible for H-4 status and in order not to violate your immigration status you will need to return to your home country I should think that expense may be considered as being valid.
