I worked at a company for 2 days: 1 hour of training, 3 hours of work. I called the owner and quit after the second day. When I called back asking about my paycheck, she said “Do you think you deserve to be paid?”. I said yes, and she said she would have someone send me my check. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t received payment. I filed a claim with the department of labor 3 weeks ago.

Based on what you've told me, yes, you should be paid for those two days. The Department of Labor will investigate and get all the facts, and if you have money coming, you'll get it.
