If you paid a bail bondsman 10% of a $20,000 and made a partial payment plus payment arrangements for the rest, can you file that in your Chapter 13?

More facts are really needed.  Courts have held that the bail bond can be discharged in bankruptcy but it was generally under a set of particular facts regarding forfeiture of the bond and a penalty imposed.  It is best to speak with your bankruptcy attorney in your area on the case law.
