If you know you were mentioned in a Will, can you go to court house and request a copy of it?

If so, what would be next step?

I am so sorry for your loss.  If you were named in the WIll you should have received a copy of it from the proposed Executor with a notice or his or her intent to file it with the Probate Court.  A probate file is a public record so you can go and review it no matter what.  The next step will depend on what the Will says and how you want to handle not getting notice.  Try reaching out to an attorney in the area on a consultation basis once you have a copy.  Good luck.
