If you have been appointed an attorney from the same firm the prosecuter used in a previous case, would that be considered conflict of interest and if so can you be appointed a new attorney?

I am not sure why the prosecutor would have used an outside firm.  Was there a special prosecutor appointed?  If a firm that assisted in prosecuting you is now representing you, I would argue that is a conflict and bring it to teh judge's attention.
