If we are not getting what is owed to us from an estate due to the executer what can we do?
12 percent of the estate is to come to us but if someone is given a property and in the end we dont get our 12 percent, how do we handle that?

If you believe you are not getting what you are entitled to under a bequest from a person's Estate, you should consult with the attorney handling the Estate as well as its representative first. Possibly the percentage that you think you are entitled to is from a certain amount of the Estate after other portions have been given to others.
