If the policyof a car rentalagency is to only lease to 21 years old and I’m 19, can they sue me for crashing their car?

They rented to me without insurance.

If you rented a car from a car rental company where a policy was in place of not renting to one below 21 years of age (which is age discrimination since adults are deemed an adult at 18 years in this country) and you damaged the vehicle, you can be sued by the car rental agency for the damages that it incurred regardless of its rental policy.
