If the employee who signed my labor contract left the company, is my contract still binding?

I recently joined a company two months ago and am planning on quitting soon. The
employee heirarchy works in the form of a pyramid no it’s not a scam, I wasn’t
required to pay anything. My account manager 1st tier signed my independent
contractor/noncompete employment contract and has recently left the company. My
signature and hers is the only one on the contract and I would like to know if my
contract is still binding.

It depends: who is the other party named in the contract? The issue is not who signed it, since managers, etc. may sign on behalf of their companies, as agents or representatives of them. The question is, who was the contract with? Say that the name of the company is "Acme, Inc." and your manager was "John Doe." If the contract said it was between you and Acme, it's still in force--the signing manager leaving is irrelevant. But if the contract was between you and John Doe, then its not enforceable once John Doe leaves.
