Typically in the lending industry, the assessor parcel number and the legal description of the property which is the security for the loan controls.

Given the error on the common address of the property that you are writing about, you should contact the lender in writing about the situation and request that escrow draw up amended documents correcting the problem and have such signed, dated and recorded.
