Not all airlines check passenger names against certain criminal databases for domestic flights since these databases are large cumbersome to incorporate into airline booking and check-in procedures. Accordingly, it is doubtful that the warrant would cause you any problem in this situation, especially since you won't be going through customs. As for the underlying charge for which the warrant was issued, it is a misdemeanor. If you have no other previous record you will probably get a fine and possibly some nominal jail time (a couple of days) if that. However, if you don't take care of this, the warrant is in the interstate system, so if you are stopped for even a speeding ticket, you can be arrested on the spot. Just be sure to follow through on clering this up upon your return.
