If your vehicle has been loaned to a person with a suspended license and the vehicle is in an accident, there could be negative fall out to you in that the claim could be made that you were negligent in loaning the vehicle to this person who had a suspended license.
Meaning, you could very well get sued as the result under negative entrustment of your vehicle.
Personally, I would not have knowingly loaned the vehicle you own to a person who has a suspended driver's license.
