If one child files a wrongful death of a parent and is awarded a settlement, are the other children entitled to a share?

My father was murdered 6 years ago; he was run down by a van (construction companies) then stabbed in the back by the driver of said van. I suspect that my brother may have filed and won a wrongful death suit.

It would be helpful to know more in order to give you the most informative answer. Right now, I do not have everything I would need to advise you.

Give what you have explained, I would recommend that you contact a local attorney and discuss this. The attorney would be able to ask the necessary questions to tell you what steps you might need to take. My guess is that you may need to check the court records to see if a law suit was filed. There may be some other things you can do as well. I suggest starting by contacting an attorney.
