If my name is on a rented hotel room, can I retrieve personal property after an eviction?

Property left in the room. Can I go get it if I’m on the paperwork as a tenant?

Under the laws of all states in this country, the landlord of a rental is required to allow a former tenant to retrieve his or her left behind possessions after an eviction or to provide the former tenant an opportunity to pick up left behind possessions that are no longer in the formerly rented unit.
