If my husband was deported 2 years ago and I’ve yet to find him and want a divorce, what are my options?
I am low income and need help financially with the divorce because I know my husband will not be helping.

I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney or your local legal aid clinic for assistance in filing for the petition for the dissolution that you desire as to your marriage. Once filed you can try and serve the spouse or file a petition with the court to serve him or by way of legal publication.
