If my husband has a judgement against him, will I be responsible for any amount that the court decides?
My house is in my name, the cars are in my name and we have separate bank accounts. What do I need to do to protect myself?

As long as you are not listed on the judgement, you are not responsible for any liability pertaining to it. Since you do not live in a community property state, the rule is that one spouse is not legally responsible for the other spouse's debt, etc. (unless they are listed as a joint debtor). Accordingly only your husband's assets are at risk; the house, cars and your bank account(s) are not.
