If my ex-husband lives out of state and still has some of my belongings, what would be the best way to go about getting them back if he won’t cooperate?

I do not owe him any money and the things I want back were not bought while we were together. I tried to have him see if we could arrange a COD so he would ship my things and I would pay for it but he won’t agree to that. I asked if he could tell me his address so I could try to arrange UPS to get my things and he won’t do that either. What should I try next?
