As long as you don't have any restrictions in the order, then you can move with your child. Some orders do have notice provisions to the other spouse-- i.e. to tell them within a certain number of days. If so, you do need to comply with those provisions. Many orders also have contingent visitation schedules when one parent moves a certain distance away-- you need to start reviewing these and begin making plans with the other parent to see how and if the other parent is going to proceed with visits.
