If my court oder saysthat Ican claim2 of my4 children on my income taxes, what happens if my ex claims3 out of the 4?

Your ex would be in violation of the court order.  You would be able to claim 2 of the 4 children as stated in the order.  You would also be able to file a complaint for contempt against your ex in family court for not following the order.
