My boyfriend pays child support to his daughter’s mom; he only has one child. Do I have to pay or does he have to pay more if we get married?

Under the laws of all states in this country a child support order is directed to the absentee parent of the child and not the new spouse (non parent). In your situation, you yourself would not be subject to the child support order that your boyfriend is presently under.
If you marry your boyfriend, he would not have to pay more in monthly child support just because he married you.
