If I was working a company that has not paid me, what can I do?

I was working on a contract but now they say we not getting paid. The temp agent who sent we to the company done nothing about it.

If you have not been paid for all hours worked you can sue your employer in small claims court and/or file a complaint with your state's department of labor. You can also consult with an employment law attorney who can, after reviewing all the details of your situation, advise you further.
