Under the laws of all states in this country if you had a valid marriage license when you were married and a person authorized to conduct the ceremony of marriage did so, the marriage is valdi regardless of the fact that the license was not signed by the person who officiated and where it was not submitted for filing at the county office of vital statistics where it was issued.
