If I was involved in a car accident and I was ticketed but beat the ticket in court, can I still be sued by the insurance company?

Yes, you can still be sued. The criminal (and municipal) court system is separate from the civil (lawsuits) court system, and a person who was injured by you, or their insurer (if the insurer paid them, and is now seeking to recover their payment) can sue you. The fact that you beat the ticket does not bar a suit, though it may be good evidence on your behalf to introduce at any trial.
