If I wanted to get divorced and was married in Spain, how would I go about?
I am Swedish and my husband from the states; we are currently living in the US as he is working here but I don’t have residence. I usually live in Spain but have visa to be here.

You need to file in the location in which you have or maintain residency or he maintains or has residency. Most divorce laws in each state indicate you can file in the jurisidction where one or both spouses have residency. The best thing to do is to file in the state in which you live while you are here if that is the state in which he has residency.
