Well, if you are holding yourself out there as an "expert/professional" you should have some certificaiton as to your expertise. In the absense of certification, you will want a carefully drafted "delivery of services" agreement so that your clients will know what they can and cannot expect to receive from your services...so, you will, at a minimum, need a specifically drafted services agreement to fit your expertise and the type of clients you will be serving.
