There is no 100% safety from lawsuit, but you can give yourself a great deal of safety by:
1) Set up an LLC and conduct your training through it and have all agreements, contracts, etc. by between the LLC (not you personally) and the other person or entity/business. This will help protect from contract related liability as well as liability for injuries.
2) Have all the parents/legal guardians sign a waiver in which they acknowledge that any sport or phsyical activity, including baseball and training for baseball, contains risks of injury and in which they agree to waive (or give up) any claims arising from the normal and customary risks involved in such activity.
3) Get liability insurance for your business, to pay out if there is a suit.
