If i married someone before divorcing

I’d like to know if I married another person without divorcing my first husband, we have been separated for over 60 years, and found out now that my first husband has stocks in a company worth a lot of money am I entitled to half of his shares?

This question is much more complicated than a "yes" or "no" that you may be expecting.  First, you may not be "married" to your second husband at all at this point in time if you were not divorced when you married him. Next, if the stocks increased "passively" meaning you did nothing to increase their value then likely you would not reap that benefit this late in the game.  Please go and seek legal help on all this.  Good luck.
