Pre-job question above about someone who is hired to cut down a tree in my yard. I am I reponsible for any medical bills that may come if they hurt themselves?

As the owner of the property, you are liable if the individual cutting down a tree on your property is injured.
Your liability will include the medical bills, pain and suffering (an amount in addition to the medical bills based on the medical reports) and wage loss.
