IfI had an ongoing court case prior to my meeting my wife and it settled during my divorce, is she entitled to any of it?

Depending on your state law. If you live in a community property state such as california, since the court case happened before your marriage, any recovery there would be your separate property and your wife is not entitled to anything, regardless when you actually get the money.
