If I had a child by someone but another man signed the birth certificate, does he have any rights?

Once parentage is established the natural father of the child will have the same rights and responsibilities as you do for the child.  Signing a birth certificate does not "confirm" parentage.  I would seek legal help as soonvas you can to discuss this matter.  Good luck.
