If I got my 2nd DWI over 10 years ago and just now got a third, what consequences will I face?

Given the time distance between your second and third DUI matter you should not receive any enhancement penalty under the laws of your state if you are convicted of your third DUI matter. The reason is that most states require a subsequent violation within seven (7) years of any prior which you do not have.
