I’f I got married in different country, can I say that I’m single on my work?

I just want to know, after I get married in other country and come back to USA, can I still keep my status at work as single since I did not get married in US?

The U.S., as virtually all other countries, gives legal recognition to foreign marriages. If it didn't, then anytime a person traveled from one country to another, they would be free to re-marry without formally ending their first marriage. Accordingly, you are considered to be married here. What you do at work is up to you.
