I'm not sure what you, as an employer, would hope to gain by this, and in most states, you can be punished for failing to obey the order;  what's more, there should be nothing the employee can do against you for this.

If you're the employee whose income is about to be attached, don't even think about this.  It's not something you have any right to ask an employer to do -- and it's probably a good enough reason to get you fired.
