If a manager and an employee have a contract but now the manager is no longer there, is the contract voided?

A manager and employee had a contract stating the employee did not have to

work weekends. However, now the manager no longer works for the company so is that contract voided?

If the contract was signed by the manager on behalf of the company, as a representative (e.g. manager) of it, the agreement would still be in force. So if he signed it, for example, as "John Doe, Manager, Acme Corp." or something similar showing that he signed it for and on behalf of the company, and that it was not an agreement personally between you and him, it would still be in effect even if the manager leaves.
