If a husband and wife have been residing in a house in which the husband’s grandfather owns, is it possible that the husband can evict the wife from the property?

Technically the grandfather is the one who can evict the tenants, not one of the other tenants (unless I guess the grandfather could give him a power of attorney to do so).  I am assuming that there is no lease but your argument could bethat it is a joint tenantcy.  It may not, though, save you here.  Seek a good divorce lawyer asap.
