If a construction worker says you can come into a house to take a look at their work is it considered trespassing?

If a construction worker is working on a house that is not their own and tells you it
is ok for you to come in and take a look around is that considered trespassing in

It would likely be considered trespassing, though if no harm were done, I can't see any police or prosecutors taking action. The construction worker only has very limited authority to enter the home or let others in--basically, as necessary to do the work. He has no right to enter the home or let others enter for other purposes, including to show off his work. Therefore, the entry was without right to enter.
