my boyfriend an close friend are being falsly accused of some very strong charges however there is only what people say or heard so there is no actual evedince so what will most likely happen to this case

Not knowing exactly what your boyfriend is accused of, or if he has been charged, I can only say that the prosecutor decides whether there is enough evidence to bring charges and obtain a conviction.

As far as what others say, the prosecutor will have to decide if they are credible witnesses or if what they have to say is credible evidence.
