If I would like to purchase wholesale jewelry, and sell it on my website, how can I resell the items legally without infringing on any copyrights?

I certainly don’t want to do anything illegal or unethical. Some lockets and charms are copyrighted.

You can physically resell a copyrighted item without infringing a copyright: copyright protects against modifying, reproducing, re-publishing, etc. an original work, but a physical copy of the work which you legally own (e.g. that you bought) can be resold at will so long as in buying the item, you did not agree to any terms of sale which stated "not for resale" or the like.
