Can I be terminated if I can’t come to a training session at my second job if I can’t get off of work from my other job?

Can I be terminated if I can’t come to a training session at my second job if I can’t get off of work from my other job?

I work 3 jobs, 1 of them I work 12 hours a month. They are mandating me to come into training on a day that I work my full-time job. I explained to them that I cannot take off due to my other job and they stated that they can terminate me if I do not show. This is for a not-for-profit company. Is there anything that I can do?

I'm afraid that there probably isn't much that you can do. This is unless this action will violate company policy or the terms of a union agreement or employment contract. Also, your treatment must not constitute some form of actionable discrimination. Otherwise, your employer can set the terms and conditions of employment much as it sees fit. This includes who goes to a training session and when.
