What to do if I was injured by a salon when I went to get eyelash extensions?
I left with my eyes burning and thought the lashes looked OK. When I got home I realized I had an abrasion on my left eye, the woman had hurt my eye and it took 5 days for it to stop being irritated and sore. I contacted her after 24 hours and said my eye was hurt, I wanted the lashes off and I was not happy. She refused the refund and offered to take them off but charge me. Later on she said she’d take them off and not charge me but I didn’t want her help I just wanted my money back. I went to a licensed esthetician and she told me the lashes weren’t even done correctly. I asked for my money back again, she said no. Can I take this to small claims court or do anything at all?

You could try to take it to small claims court, but it's not likely worthwhile: you can't really receive any "pain and suffering" for a few days of irritation, and you'd need a witness, like the esthetician, to testify that the lashes were done incorrectly to get your money back for the work being done negligently--and between the filing fee and the cost of the witness (since presumably, you'd have to pay her for her time to testify), you'd most likely pay more than you hope to recover.
